The fact that Glodyne is today an acknowledged player in the IT services sector is ample testimony of his vision, dynamism and leadership skills. He leads the Glodyne Team by defining the company strategy and by using technology and innovation continuously to achieve the company’s vision. His focus in on fostering innovation, leadership, teamwork and work values within the organization. Annand has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management. He has overall experience of more than 2 decades in the field of IT Services. Annand is the recipient of Udyog Rattan Award instituted by IES, Delhi.

Divvyani is the co-founder of Glodyne, and she oversees all the operating business units of the company. Divvyani is responsible for the overall account delivery, customer management and the overall operations management for the Company. In addition, Divvyani takes an active role in the pursuit of growth opportunities and developing corporate strategy and direction. Divvyani has an overall experience of more than 19 years in the areas of Information Technology, Operations and Finance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Mr. Sinha was more recently the Chairman & Managing Director of MTNL. He was responsible for the transformation of MTNL into a competitive force by aggressive adoption of cutting edge technologies. Prior to MTNL, Mr. Sinha served as Director (Finance) of VSNL and was instrumental in the successful GDR issue of US$185 million as part of Government disinvestments in 1999. He has also worked with Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited as Director (Finance) where he handled the first public issue by any PSU in 1994. Mr. Sinha was recognized by Economic Times as one of “India Inc.'s Most Powerful CEOs” in a survey conducted by IMRB International in April 2009. He is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA), MBA (Finance), CAIIB (Banking), LLB (Law) and holds a B.E in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Alok Sharma is a well-known technology veteran and has an illustrious career of more than two decade with Global Technology giants for whom he led, strategized, built, and grew the Asia Pacific operations. Mr. Sharma has served as the Managing Director for Apple Computers (India), wherein he was instrumental in growing the revenues multifold with his various go-to market strategies. Prior to Apple, he was the Director (South Asia) for Sun Microsystems and was credited for building the Sun’s partner eco-system in India, and later helped bring the best practices across South Asia. Prior to Sun, he was with Wipro driving its Education vertical. Alok has completed his BE from Banaras Hindu University. Alok recently turned an entrepreneur, and is currently the Co-Founder of Biz India Ventures, a Green IT solutions company, whose first offering is Cartridge Café.

Dhiren is the principal partner in M/s D. Kothary & Co. Dhiren’s experience spans close to two decades in the field of taxation, financial and corporate advisory services across sectors namely Trading, Manufacturing and Services. Dhiren is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Krishnamurthy Yemmanur served Reserve Bank of India for 40 and has rich and varied experience in NRI investment in India, foreign collaboration, matters relating to Import & Export and External commercial Borrowings, inspection of Commercial Banks and Local Area Banks.
He took active part in deployment of credit for rural area and flow of credit to priority sectors and was also convener of SLIC Meetings (State Level Inter Institutional Committee) chaired by the Principle Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Govt. of A.P. He is a B.Com, C.A.I.I.B.
